The US Senate Youth Program

Apply for the 2010 Senate Youth Program. Two students from each state are selected to spend a week in Washington, D.C. experiencing government in action.  Delegates attend meetings and briefings with senators, cabinet members and other government officials.  Each student also receives a $5,000 scholarship.  All expenses are paid including transportation, hotel accommodations and meals.  Information about the program and eligibility requirements is available at this site.
